Friends!

We enjoyed going for a walk and grabbing some ice cream with the Pospisil family last night. As you can see Traeger loves having friends visit and he didn't seem to mind sharing his toys with Lauren. Thanks Pospisil family for a fun time together!

Curious Traeger

When Traeger woke up from his nap yesterday there was a new creature invading his space. We watched little Taylor, a two month old, for the evening yesterday and will again tonight. At first Traeger wasn't too sure what to think about Taylor but quickly moved on and decided he could share his space and mommy for a little bit.

Starting Young!

I wanted to share my simple joy for the day with you. This morning I was throwing in a load of laundry, I had all the darks in the washer but remembered Traeger had a few darks in his basket too, so I left the bathroom to go get his darks and came back to this picture.

In less than a minute Traeger had managed to pull all of the darks that I had just loaded out onto the floor and thought it would be a fun activity to take the clothes in and out of the washer for about 4 minutes in which time I had to run and grab my camera to capture the "helping hands."

Sweet Girl!

Luke and I had a 'daughter' for 2 weeks. Gabby is a 17 year old girl from church who needed a place to stay while her guardians were out of town. We had fun playing cards, watching movies, talking about girl stuff, shopping, and picnicing at Sacketts. One of Luke's favorite things about having her stay with us was that he had someone who stayed awake for a whole movie and my favorite thing was having company during the day!

Sackett Lake

Last week Thursday we ventured out to Sackett Lake for a picnic and some swimming fun!

Chillin' with Auntie Casey!

Auntie Casey came to visit for a few days (as you can tell from the picture, Traeger wasn't quite sure what to think of this crazy lady, but he quickly warmed up to her :O)! To start the fun times, Casey and I got stuck in Target for 20 or 30 minutes during a Tornado Warning (and we all know how much I like storms!). The other craziness was that Traeger "decided" to have two of the worst nights ever. He woke up every hour or 2 for 2 nights straight and was fussy during the day. We're blaming it on teething and hoping we don't have to experience that again! Casey also let Luke and I slip away on Friday for a few hours to do something fun on our 5 year anniversary. We got away to play a little tennis

and went swinging at a local park.

Three local high school bands played at the Youth Center Friday night so Casey, Traeger and I went down to check it out and hear Luke share about God's love with the kids.

The DeLoye family drove over to see us on Tuesday afternoon! We had a wonderful and relaxing time swinging, throwing frisbee,

playing tennis, and chatting together!

We're on a mission!

Here are all the kiddos we're taking on the mission trip this summer

to Pine Ridge, SD!

There will be 14 kids and 3 leaders (Luke, Dustin and me)

We are super excited to go and be used by God in ways He sees fit!
